Control-M for VMware Replacement

BMC is alerting you to a change in support, in accordance with the BMC Software Product Support Policy.

This technical bulletin announces the release of a new integration plug-in Control-M for VMware By Broadcom, which replaces the existing plug-in Control-M for VMware. The new plug-in is available for both self-hosted and SaaS environments. BMC recommends that you run the Control-M Migration Tool for Integrations to migrate Control-M for VMware jobs on Windows or Linux. This eliminates the need to manually redefine job definitions. Control-M for VMware is now in Limited Support until 1 July 2026. Control-M for VMware 9.0.21.100 is the last version that is available. It is no longer enhanced, and BMC will handle only critical bugs.
