Control-M for IBM Infosphere DataStage Replacement

BMC is alerting you to a change in support, in accordance with the BMC Software Product Support Policy.

This technical bulletin announces the release of a new integration plug-in Control-M for IBM DataStage, which replaces the existing plug-in Control-M for IBM Infosphere DataStage. The new plug-in is available for both self-hosted and SaaS environments. BMC recommends that you run the Control-M Migration Tool for Integrations to migrate Control-M for IBM Infosphere DataStage jobs on Windows or Linux. This eliminates the need to manually redefine job definitions. For more information, see Control-M for IBM InfoSphere DataStage Plug-in Migration Tool.

Control-M for IBM Infosphere DataStage is now in Limited Support until 01 June 2027. Control-M for IBM Infosphere DataStage 8.0.00 is the last version that is available. It is no longer enhanced, and BMC will handle only critical bugs.
