Announcing a change in Java version support for Control-M Automation API

Control-M Automation API version 9.0.21.325, the upcoming monthly release of October 2024, will require an external Java installation of version 17 or higher, and will no longer support Java 11.

As a result, Control-M Automation API will no longer support the use of a JRE 11 used by Control-M/EM. In preparation for your upgrade to Control-M Automation API 9.0.21.325, you must install an external JRE of version 17 or higher on your Control-M/EM machines and change the Java package configuration for Control-M Automation API.
