Switching between the production and disaster recovery environments

If you have configured the TrueSight Server Automation database server for disaster recovery, reconfigure the data warehouse database details when switching between the production and disaster recovery environments. When you reconfigure the database details, the data warehouse database link is updated with the active TrueSight Server Automation database.

To reconfigure the data warehouse database

1. Use the following URL to open the Login page:
   https://<TSSADWServer>:<portNumber>/tssa-dw
   <TSSADWServer> is the server that hosts TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse. 
   <portNumber> is the Tomcat web server secure port that you specified during installation. 
2. In User Name, enter DWAdmin.
3. In Password, enter the password for the DWAdmin user that you created during installation. 
4. In Site, ensure that Primary Site is selected.
5. In Authentication Method, select a authentication method. SRP is the default authentication method.
6. Click Login.
7. From Configuration, select Database Details.
8. On the the Database Details page, click the Reconfigure link.

1. On the Post Install Reconfiguration page, enter the data warehouse database user password, and click Finish.
   After the database configuration is updated successfully, the Last Task Details page displays the configuration task status as Successful.
