Updating the Web Server HTTPS port

Do the following:

1. Stop the following services:
   • TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse Web server service 
   •  TrueSight Smart Reporting service
2. Edit the following files and change the default port.
   • <TSSA-DWInstallationDirectory>\TSSA-DW\tomcat\conf\server.xml
   • <TSSA-DWInstallationDirectory>\TSSA-DW\BdssaInstalledConfiguration.xml
   • <TSSA-DWInstallationDirectory>\TSSA-DW\shared\ConfigurationManagement\bds.properties
3. Save the files.
4. Start the following services:
   • TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse Web server service 
   •  TrueSight Smart Reporting service
5. Verify that you can launch the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse console with the new port number.
6. If TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform is already added as a component, modify TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse component information in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.
   Do the following:
   1. Use the following URL to open the Login page:
      https://<TrueSight Smart Reporting hostname>:<port>/tsr
   2. In the Log in as field, select TrueSight Smart Reporting - Admin.
   3. Enter the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform administrator user name and password, and click Login. The Components page appears.
   4. Click the Edit icon  for the component that you want to edit.
   5. In the Edit Component page, modify the values of the component.

      Note: Add the correct detailsDo not add details of a new database while modifying the component. Ensure that the changed host name or IP address points to the same warehouse database.
   6. Save the changes.
7. Verify that you can launch the reports successfully.
