Known and corrected issues

Symptom: Error occurs when executing the sqlserver_master.bat file. The execution fails during the creation of SQL Server views.

Symptom: Offline cleanup for the Audit Trail Model fails while creating PK/FK constraints for the NTI Audit

Symptom: Upgrade from version 23.2 to 24.4 fails due to an error triggered when validating the command sh -c id | egrep "^uid=0" | wc -l

Symptom: Offline cleanup for the Audit Trail Model fails while creating the PK and FK constraints for the NTI Audit Trail table.

Symptom: Creating a BLPackage manually from the RCP console (with the Application Server as the Config Server) fails during packaging with an error.

Symptom: The Property panel shows the Size value as 0 for large Windows 2025 hotfix payloads (~3.5 GB) due to an integer overflow while reading the attribute.

Symptom: Attempting to start a session via Swagger UI or the REST API fails and returns an authentication error.

Symptom: Swagger UI and curl session requests fail with “org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Session is not available”

Symptom: Sorting 1 million lines using the -k1 option in TSSA 24.4.01 appears to hang or time out when applied to large files.

Symptom: Unable to run commands in the background using nohup from TSSA 24.2 onwards, as background execution consistently fails on newer NSH versions.

Symptom: Auto‑discovery for BIOS and UEFI provisioning fails after upgrading to version 23.4.

Workaround: 

Symptom: A Misleading error message is display after logging out from the LiveReporting URL

Symptom: For an NSH Script Job in build 24.2.0.21, the schedule value set with the Once option is not getting removed after execution.

Symptom: On RHEL 8 and OEL 8, agent installation via AIJ to a custom path fails when SELinux is enabled.

Symptom: Memory leak observed in com.sun.jmx.mbeanserver.JmxMBeanServer is related to database connection pools.

Symptom: After upgrading the AMO agent from 21.3.00.38 to 22.2 (higher than the Application Server version) and reverting back, DCO jobs fail in TSSA 21.3 RU1, though this is not a product defect.

Symptom: RSCD Agent installed on a Domain Controller fails to report in TSSA after the Domain Controller is rebooted because the service does not start.

Symptom: In the Windows 2016 DISA template (Rule ID: /SRG-OS-000105-GPOS-00052 – V‑73617), remediating the rule results in users receiving the message “You must use a smart card to login” when attempting to log in.
