Using the dashboards
TrueSight Server Automation provides dashboards that you can use to learn the status of key parameters of your server infrastructure. You can access these dashboards from the following locations:
- Unified dashboards: All dashboards are available from a single, web-based interface.
- Individual dashboards: Dashboards are available from the TrueSight Server Automation console and browser.
Unified dashboards
Starting with version 25.4, TrueSight Server Automation provides a unified, real-time web-based interface that simplifies infrastructure monitoring and decision-making. The interface, which contains various dashboards, consolidates key operational views into a single platform. It provides centralized visibility into the health and status of the TrueSight Server Automation infrastructure components, database, and job operations without the need to switch between consoles or run manual reports.
As an administrator with the BLAdmin role, you can access the following dashboards from the unified web-based interface:
- Infrastructure Overview dashboard: Provides information about the TrueSight Server Automation database configuration. For more information, see Using the Infrastructure Overview dashboard.
- Operations Overview dashboard: Provides a consolidated status of jobs and agents. It also provides a comprehensive view of database performance and growth trends. For more information, see Using the Operations Overview dashboard.
- Live Report dashboard: Provides live data about the status of your patch, compliance, and job activities. For more information, see Using the Live Report dashboard.
This unification enhances efficiency by eliminating repetitive tasks, such as reinstalling Live Reporting during upgrades, and supports proactive monitoring, enabling faster response to issues, reduced downtime, and improved overall service reliability.
In addition, the unified interface provides the following insights:
- Agent distribution: Real-time agent distribution and version tracking
- CPU utilization: Continuous monitoring of usage and performance trends
- Database session analysis: Detailed insights into active and historical sessions for improved troubleshooting.
- Memory utilization: Instant visibility into the system memory consumption
