Executing management tasks on IBM virtual assets

You can perform a variety of management tasks on the LPARs that are part of the IBM frame, such as stopping and starting the LPAR.

To execute management tasks on an IBM frame

  1. In the Servers folder, navigate to an IBM frame server and expand the Live node.
  2. Expand the IBM Configuration server object type and then expand the LPAR List node. The LPAR List node shows all the logical partitions in the frame. The icons indicate the status of the LPAR.
