Properties and jobs

When defining jobs, you can use properties to assign characteristics to those jobs. For example, you might want to associate a trouble ticket number with jobs. Or, you might want to flag certain Audit Jobs as being those from which  obtains data. Such properties are stored in the Job built-in property class in the Property Dictionary.

TrueSight Server Automation provides a master list of all properties called the Property Dictionary. You can use the Property Dictionary to create and edit properties that you can later add to jobs.
