  • Audit — Run Audit Jobs on any components that have been discovered using this component template. You can also use this component as part of the master for any Audit Job.
  • Deploy — Deploy packages to components that have been discovered using this component template. If you do not check this option, you cannot use Deploy Jobs to target components.
  • Compliance — Run Compliance Jobs on components that have been discovered using this component template. A Compliance Job determines whether a component satisfies the compliance rules defined for the component template. If you check the Compliance option, you can also check any of the following:
    • Allow Remediation — Lets you deploy a BLPackage to correct a discrepancy when a compliance rule is not satisfied.
    • Allow Auto-remediation — Lets you choose to deploy a BLPackage automatically to correct a discrepancy when a compliance rule is not satisfied. Selecting this option does not mean a Compliance Job automatically remediates. Instead, it allows you to choose auto-remediation when you define compliance rules. When you select Allow Auto-remediation, the Allow Remediation option is checked automatically.
