Console installation reference

Starting version 23.4, the TrueSight Server Automation Console (RCP Client) is exclusively available on the Microsoft Windows platform. For more information about installing the RCP Client, see Installing-the-TrueSight-Server-Automation-Console-and-Network-Shell-Windows.
