Using the Lifecycle section

Through the Lifecycle section in the Virtual Guest Job (VGJ) XML file, you can specify the following settings for job life cycle:

• SkipApproval — Indicates whether or not to use the approval process.
  • True: A change request approval is not required.
  • False: A change request approval is required.

• ServiceRquestID — Approval request parameter.
• ChangeID — Approval request parameter.
• TaskID — Approval request parameter.
• Owner — Owner of the virtual guest.
• ExpiryDate — The date when the virtual guest is scheduled to expire (or the date when the lease lapses).
   Use the format shown in this example:
   2009-07-27 04:54:44
• GroupName — Name of the group.
• ServiceLevel — Service offering for this virtual guest. Legal values are the following:
  • gold
