Workflow Job objectives

The Workflow Job enables you to manage a TrueSight Orchestration workflow process that belongs to any TrueSight Orchestration run book module through the TrueSight Server Automation Console . Using the Workflow Job in TrueSight Server Automation, you can

  • Run a TrueSight Orchestration process remotely through the TrueSight Server Automation Console as a TrueSight Server Automation job.
  • Take advantage of TrueSight Server Automation job features and capabilities, such as powerful access control, flexible job scheduling, and job-related notifications.
  • Keep a log with details about the execution of the Workflow Job and its underlying TrueSight Orchestration process.
  • View a full history and results for all job runs based on the TrueSight Orchestration process, including results of any secondary TrueSight Server Automation jobs called by the Workflow Job.
