Therefore, if you have downloaded and applied this Rolling Update before Jan 13, 2022, download TSSAAPPSERVER-21.3_RU1-LINUX.zip and TSSAAPPSERVER-21.3_RU1-WIN.zip from FTP again and apply the Rolling Update.
