Import Contents

The Import Contents panel enables you to review the list of Import package contents and to then either preview or start the import process.

Content list columns

The list of objects contained in the import package displays the following columns:

Name	The names of objects within the Import package, divided by type.
Type	The type of each import object, which can be one of the following: template BLPackage in the depot grammar configuration object (configuration file or extended object) Property Dictionary object.
Status	The import status of each object, displayed only after an import preview or after an actual run of the import process. For more information, see Import-object-status-and-action.
Action	The necessary action for each object, displayed only after an import preview or after an actual run of the import process. For more information, see Import-object-status-and-action.
Location	The path to the folder in which the object is to be stored on the target system.

If you want to preview and validate the import before running the actual import process, use one of the following screen elements:

Run preview in background	Select this check box and then click Finish if you want to run a preview in the background.
Preview	Click this button if you want to run a preview while you remain in the Import wizard.
