Customizing tables and columns
When data is presented in tabular format in the TrueSight Server Automation Console, you can customize the columns in the tables.
You can add and remove columns from a table, size columns, change the column sort order, choose the column header alignment, and change the name of the column. The changes you make to columns in a table persist until you change them again.
Types of tables include:
- Fixed-column tables — Display a fixed number of columns that are predetermined. You may choose which columns to display but you cannot add to the original configuration. See Customizing-fixed-column-tables
- Group Explorer tables — Display a default number of columns but the number of columns you can add to the table is limited only by the number of properties available for the object. See Customizing-Group-Explorer-tables.
- Custom configuration object tables — Display a default number of columns but the number of columns you can add to the table is limited only by the number of properties available for the object. See Customizing-custom-configuration-object-tables.
