Script

The Script tab lets you review and edit a script you have added to the Depot.

The Script panel is only available after you finish adding a script to the Depot (see Adding-a-Network-Shell-script).

Although you can edit a script displayed in the Script tab, you may want to open the script using an editor so you can use tools such as search and replace. For more information about editors, see Content-editors.

You can edit multiple Network Shell scripts concurrently. You can also edit a Network Shell script when another user is editing that script, but you run the risk of overwriting the other user's changes. The system warns you if another user is also editing the same Network Shell script.

If you edit a script using the Script tab, the system prompts you to save your changes when you close the Network Shell script.
