Managing a VMware vSphere environment

You manage a VMware vSphere environment by adding a vCenter server to TrueSight Server Automation. You can then browse the contents of the vCenter server, and perform a variety of management tasks.

All management tasks for VMware hosts and virtual machines are performed through the vCenter.

Before you can perform any of these VMware management tasks, ensure that you have set up the VMware vSphere environment as described in Setting-up-a-VMware-vSphere-environment.
