Including a command in a compliance rule

- On the Parts tab in an existing component template, create a part based on a command.
- On the Compliance tab, create a compliance rule that contains your custom part. Then test the rule.
Including an external script in a compliance rule
The following video shows how to include an external script in a compliance rule:
This video demonstrates the following actions:
- Copy an external, non-NSH script into the directory that is used by scriptutil. Then perform a test run of the script, using scriptutil through NSH.
- On the Local Configuration Objects tab in an existing component template, create an extended object in which scriptutil executes your external script.
- On the Parts tab, ensure that a part was automatically created for the extended object, and create an additional part for the extended object entry.
- On the Compliance tab, create a compliance rule that contains the part that represents your extended object entry. Then test the rule.
