Git Commit dialog box for a component template


The Git Commit dialog box enables you to commit a new version of a component template (after applying changes to it) to the local Git repository. This dialog box opens after you click the Commit button on the Git Repository History tab.

Description

Committer ID

The name of the TrueSight Server Automation user who is committing the change to the object.

Committer Email Address

The email address of the user who is committing the change.

Commit Message

A summary message to accompany the commit and provide information about the change to the object.

Include Dependencies

Whether to store dependencies in the repository, along with the component template. Dependencies are various objects that are referenced by the component template.

After you finish entering information in the fields, click Commit.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
