Refreshing data
Refreshing the product displays the most current information available in the database.
The console automatically refreshes the database so that you work with the current information. For example, when you create, remove, or modify an object, the changes you make to that object — job, template, and so on — are automatically cascaded across the Folders view, wherever the object appears.
Dependent objects are refreshed in tree and Group Explorer views. For example, if you add an item to a template, the components associated with the template reflect the addition.
Although the product automatically refreshes information, it is a good practice to refresh manually on a regular basis.
