Executing management tasks on Microsoft virtual machines

You can perform a variety of management tasks on the Microsoft virtual machine, such as starting and stopping a virtual machine.

To execute management tasks on a VMM server

  1. In the Servers folder, navigate to a Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) server and expand the Live node.
  2. Expand the Microsoft VMM server object type and then expand the Virtual Machines node. The Virtual Machines node shows all virtual machines configured within the VMM server. The icons indicate the status of the virtual machine.
