Deleting cached session credentials

The TrueSight Server Automation logon window lets you delete valid cached session credentials.

When a TrueSight Server Automation Application Server authenticates you, it generates a credential for your session, which you can optionally cache. This credential remains cached until it expires.

To log on to TrueSight Server Automation as a different user, you must first delete all cached session credentials.

To delete cached session credentials

  1. Open the TrueSight Server Automation logon window by doing one of the following:
    • (Micrososft Windows) Perform one of the following steps:

      • From the Start menu, select BMC Software > BladeLogic Server Automation Suite > Server Automation Console releaseNumber.
      • From the directory where TrueSight Server Automation is installed (for example, C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BladeLogic\CM), enter:

        .\rcp\BSAClient.exe

If you have more than one version of the client installed, the different versions reside in directories called BladeLogicN, such as BladeLogic2.
