Enabling compliance or snapshot jobs to run without targets

When you run a compliance or snapshot job without assigning targets, the job fails with a warning message that indicates non availability of targets. If you want to run the job with no targets assigned, you can override the default setting using this blasadmin command: ComplianceJobRunsWithNoTargets
