UCS Template - Blade Config tab

The Blade Config tab enables you to specify the blade or blade pools to configure and the UUIDs.

Server Name and UCS Name: These are read-only fields. When you specify a blade, the system populates the Server Name field with the name of the UCS Manager server, and it populates the UCS Name field with the name of the UCS system that contains the blade.
Blade and Blade Pool: You can specify either a blade or a blade pool. Click the browse button to the right of the Blade Path field and navigate through the UCS Manager server's Live node down to the blade or blade pool you want.

Live/UCS Manager/individual_ucs/Chassis Group/Chassis/Blades/Blade
Live/UCS Manager/individual_ucs/Logical/Org/Blade Pools/Blade Pool

The path to the blade or blade pool appears in the Blade Path field.
UUID and UUID Pool: You can specify a UUID manually, or you can specify a UUID pool. For more information, see Creating-a-UUID-pool. If you do not want to use a UUID, select the UUID button and leave the text field empty.
