Impact
The transition from Red Hat Network (RHN) hosted interface to Red Hat Subscription Management (RHSM) interface will impact TrueSight Server Automation (BSA) customers who download patches for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) versions 5 and 6 using the RHN interface.
Solution
To continue patching on RHEL versions 5 and 6 after July 30, 2017, BMC recommends customers to use Content Delivery Network (CDN) channels for downloading patches.
