When you integrate TrueSight Server Automation with multiple Remedy OnDemand instances, the RECONCILIATION_IDENTITY server property is updated. RECONCILIATION_IDENTITY is the reconciliation identifier from CMDB.

For example, when you integrate a Remedy OnDemand instance (RoD1) with TrueSight Server Automation, the RECONCILIATION_IDENTITY saved in TrueSight Server Automation is OI-A8D6B44438CC4AE8B3009356A36EFB7C. When you integrate another Remedy OnDemand instance (RoD2) with TrueSight Server Automation, the value of the RECONCILIATION_IDENTITY is updated with the new value from CMDB, OI-B8D6Y43438XX4AE8H3009356A36EFB9D.
