Updating database connection in BMC Remedy AR System (Applicable for Helix AR system)

  1. Launch BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon utility from it’s installation location.
  2. Log on to BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon using the AR username and password.
  3. Go to Database Connections.

  4. Double-click the PDIREPO_<AR Server Host>_<AR Server Port> database connection, the connection which was created after successful BMC BladeLogic Atrium Integration installation.

  5. On the Database Connection window, update the TCP Port to the AR Server port, i.e., 46262.

  1. Click OK.
