Description :
This command adds a Window with daily schedule.
The dateString argument defines a daily schedule to be added to the window definition. It must be in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.

Example
The following example shows how to create an exclusion window with a daily schedule at 11:35 PM and that extends for 5 hours and 35 minutes.
