Installing Vendor Patch Content for HP-UX and CentOS

You install Vendor Patch Content through the command line, by performing the following tasks:

  1. Review and make changes, if necessary, to configuration information, as described in Changing-data-in-the-configuration-file.
  2. Install Vendor Patch Content using an installation script, as described in Performing-the-installation-of-Vendor-Patch-Content.

Before installing Vendor Patch Content, ensure that your environment complies with the requirements described in Prerequisites-for-VPC-installation.

After installation of Vendor Patch Content, you need to prepare a repository for patch download, as described in Preparing-a-patch-repository.
