Using the driver selection GUI - PnP driver paths
In defining computer settings for a Microsoft Windows system package, you can use the driver selection GUI to browse to the data store and select PnP drivers.
To select PnP driver paths
- On the Computer Settings tab, next to PnP driver paths, click Browse
.
For Select DataStore, browse to the data store that contains the PnP drivers.
In the left pane, expand the root folder down to the folder that contains drivers or subfolders with drivers.
All drivers in the folder and its subfolders appear in the right panel.
Use the arrow keys to further select drivers. Then click OK.
The paths appear in the PnP driver paths field on the Computer Settings panel and the required entries are added to the Unattend Entries file. The paths appear in NSH format.- If you have not associated this system package with this data store, a message appears prompting whether to set this data store as the default data store for this system package.
To display the contents of this data store every time you start the driver selection GUI from this system package, click Yes. (Note that if you associate this data store with this system package, this data store is displayed by default if you subsequently browse for mass storage drivers.)
