Console management updates for SP2

BMC Server Automation version 8.3 SP2 includes the following updates:

Enable Local Help Option

BMC server Automation now supports the Local Help feature, allowing you to see the context sensitive help in offline mode. Local Help feature is disabled by default. You can enable it by changing the setting on the Preference page (Preference > BMC > Display Options > Use Local Help).

Using existing enumeration property while importing an object

While importing an object via RCP Client if the enumeration property of the object is same as the enumeration property in the target environment, you will be provided with an option to select and use the existing property.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
