Integrating BMC Server Automation and Change Management

You can integrate BMC Server Automation with your Change Management processes, enabling you to track infrastructure change actions.

Note

BMC Server Automation supports integration with BMC Remedy ITSM Change Management.

After the integration is configured and enabled, you can track infrastructure changes when a change is initiated by the BMC Server Automation operator or when a remediation job is required due to the results of audit and compliance jobs.

The following topics provide an overview of integrating BMC Server Automation with the BMC Remedy ITSM change management solution, and describe how to enable that integration within BMC Server Automation.
