Agent Bundle - Configuration


The Bundle Configuration panel lets you map agent installer packages you added to the Depot to platforms where you want to install agents. You can also optionally override global configuration information for platforms.

Agent Installers list

You can use the Agent Installers list to:

  • Add a new mapping — Click Add Agent Installer g_V95_AddIcon.gif. This opens the Add Agent Installer window, where you can fill in the details, as described in Add Agent Installer window.
  • Update an existing mapping — Select the mapping and click Edit Agent Installer g_V95_UpdateIcon.gif. This opens the Edit Agent Installer window, where you can modify the details.
  • Delete a mapping — Select a mapping and click Delete Agent Installer g_V95_DeleteIcon.gif.

Click the drop-down menu and select one of the following target platforms:

  • IBM AIX
  • Linux 32-bit
  • Linux 64-bit
  • Linux 64-bit S390
  • Oracle Solaris 10/11 SPARC
  • Solaris 10/11 x86
  • Solaris 8/9 SPARC
  • Solaris 8/9 x86
  • Microsoft Windows 32-bit
  • Windows 64-bit

Installer

Click Browse g_V95_BrowseIcon.gif. The Select depot object window opens. Use it to browse to the installer you added to the Depot for this platform type.
If you have not previously added agent installer packages to the Depot, see Adding-agent-installer-packages-to-the-Depot.

Configuration

The previous panel (Agent-Bundle-Default-Configuration) lets you set global configuration values for the exports, users.local, and secure files. If you want to override these global values for a platform, click Configuration and specify new values.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
