Viewing and editing proxy server properties

You can use the Infrastructure Management window to display a proxy server's properties and change them.

To display a proxy server's properties

  1. Select Configuration > Infrastructure Management.
  2. In the Infrastructure Management window, expand the Proxy Servers hierarchy and select the name of the proxy server whose properties you want to view. The right pane of the window displays the properties.

    Note

You must change the SOCKS proxy server configuration setting Socket Idle Disconnect Minutes value to 0 instead of the default value 5.

You can find the setting after navigating to SOCKS Proxy server -> Options -> Advanced -> Networks tab.

  3. To edit the properties, right-click the name of the proxy server and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
  4. On the Modify Proxy Server panel, make the changes you want and click OK.
The right pane of the Infrastructure Management window shows the properties with changes.
  5. Restart the Application Server. See Managing-multiple-Application-Servers-on-the-same-host.
