Patching Job - Scheduled Job Notifications

The Scheduled Job Notifications tab lets you send notifications when a scheduled job completes.

Notifications can take the form of emails or SNMP traps. When a job completes, an SNMP trap is sent to a specified server, where it can be read using software that receives and interprets SNMP traps.

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

Enhanced Default Notifications panel

Starting with BMC Server Automation version 8.2, the Default Notifications panel has been enhanced. For more information, see Enhanced-Default-Notifications-panel-with-the-provision-to-attach-patch-analysis-results-in-email-notifications.
