Preserve source file characteristics in File Deploy Jobs

When using a File Deploy Job, you now have the option of preserving only the time stamp of the source file, rather than all characteristics of the file, after the file is copied to the target location. Source file characteristics include the file's time stamp, permissions, UID, and GID for UNIX targets. For Windows targets, source file characteristics include time stamp and permissions.

If a file being deployed exists on target servers, you can now choose to delete the file before the job deploys a new copy of the file.
