UCSPoolCleanup - bulkDeallocateStorageEntries
Description :
This command deallocates storage entries present in an input CSV file. You can also use this command to deallocate a set of bootable storage entries.
The first row in the CSV file is the header row. The first column in the header row must be WWNN. The second column must be WWPN. The remaining lines of the file contain WWWN and WWPN addresses for the entries you want to deallocate. Example:

Use the charset argument to specify the encoding used in the CSV file. You can set charset to any of the following encodings. In the list below, the charset value is the value within parentheses. For example, some valid charset values are US-ASCII and UTF-8.
