ProvisionDevice - addPermission
Description :
This command adds a permission entry to the ACL controlling access to a device. A permission consists of a role and an authorization. You must provide the MAC address in the following format: 00-00-00-00-00-00.
This command returns a handle to the updated device object.

Example
The following example shows how to add a permission consisting of the role "SampleRole" and the authorization "Device.Provision" to a device with the MAC address 00-00-29-3F-08-86.
