BlAclTemplate - containsTemplatePermission
Description :
This command checks to see whether an ACL template contains a permission. A permission consists of a role and an authorization.
You must call this command with a valid authorization name, role name, and ACL template name. Otherwise this command returns an error. Returns True if the ACL template contains the permission, False otherwise.

Example
