Provision - getProvisionJobStatus

Description :

This command returns a textual description of the job status of the identified provisioning job.

If you are using PXE, status can be:

  • Pre-discovered
  • Discovered
  • Bios Info
  • Queued
  • Check State
  • Disk Cleanup
  • Hardware Config
  • Disk Array Config
  • Pre Disk Partition
  • Disk Partition
  • Post Disk Partition
  • Format
  • Make Run Once
  • Phase 1 OS Install
  • Phase 2 OS Install
  • Provisioned

If you are using JumpStart, status can be:

  • Make Jumpstart files
  • Added Rule Entry
  • Check Rules Succeeded
  • Add Install Client
  • Reboot Script Finished
  • OS Install Finished

If you are using NIM, status can be:

  • Make NIM files
  • Defined NIM Resources
  • Pre-MachineDef script finished
  • Defined NIM Machine
  • Pre-Bosinst script finished
  • Bosinst Initiated
  • Post-Bosinst script finished
  • Bosinst finished
  • OS Install Finished
