ExtendedObjectClass - isExistsByNameAndOs

Description :

This command checks to see if an extended object class exists by name and os.

For osNshName, use one of the operating system names listed in addIconAssociation .

Name of the extended object class.

osNshName

String

NSH name of the associated operating system.
