BlAclPolicy - nameToDBKey

Description :

This command converts an ACL policy name to a DBKey.

The command will fail if no ACL policy by the specified name exists. Returns a DBKey. The DBKey is a handle to the ACL policy and can be used as an argument to other commands that need a handle to the ACL policy.
