Stopping , starting, and restarting external Java collector process

BMC PATROL for BMC Server Automation enables you to stop and then restart the Java collector process.

To start or stop the Java collector process

  1. From the PATROL Console work area, right-click BMC Server Automation.
  2. Select KM Commands > Administration> Operations > External Java Collector Process.
  3. Select one of the options: Stop, Start, or Restart.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
