Setting the RCP Home
The RCP home must be configured in either the System Environment or in Pconfig. Use this command if an error message is displayed that refers to problems with the RCP home.
- From the PATROL Console work area, right-click BMC Server AUtomation.
- Choose KM Commands > Administration > Filters >Set RCP Home.
- Enter a valid path in the Set RCP Home dialog box.
- Click Ok
