Before you begin

  • Before you start uninstalling the product, stop the PATROL Agent.
  • Before you can uninstall BMC PATROL products, you might need to stop any PATROL processes that are running on the computers where you want to uninstall BMC PATROL. For information about stopping PATROL processes, see the PATROL Agent Reference Manual at PDFs
