System requirements

This section provides an overview of the requirements for a BMC Decision Support for Server Automation installation.

IBM Cognos requirements apply to this product because this release of BMC Decision Support for Server Automation uses Cognos version 10.2.2 Fix Pack 5 Interim Fix 1028.

Note

This section lists the supported databases and database prerequisites. For information about setting up databases, see Setting-up-the-Oracle-database or Setting-up-the-SQL-Server-database. For recommendations about using the database, see Database-recommendations.
