Platform support

For deployments with an Oracle database, the following platforms are supported with BMC Decision Support for Server Automation:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7 (x86-64)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6 Update 3 and later updates (x86-64) 
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 Update 8 and later updates (x86-64)
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2 and later service packs (x86-64)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2012 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 (x86, x86-64)
  • Oracle Solaris 10, SPARC 

For deployments with a Microsoft SQL Server database, the following platforms are supported with BMC Decision Support for Server Automation:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2012 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 (x86, x86-64)
