Upgrading

The product upgrade internally consists of a software upgrade and a reports data warehouse upgrade. On a standard configuration, both the upgrade processes take approximately one hour to complete. The reports data warehouse upgrade time varies based on the amount of data in your reports data warehouse. The extract, transform, and load (ETL) run is not included in the one-hour estimate and can take a long time, depending on the amount of data that you transfer.
