To extract the installation files
- Log on to the host computer where you want to install the product.
- Extract the downloaded BMC Decision Support for Server Automation installation files to a temporary directory.
After you extract these installation files, the Disk1 directory is created, which contains installation executable and other supporting files.
Where to go from here
Carefully review the system requirements for your platform and other tasks necessary for setting up the installation environment. You must perform these tasks before you launch the installation program.
For installation instructions, see Performing the installation on Windows and Performing-the-installation-on-UNIX.
